Repair

Within 1 Year

We offer one complimentary repair within 1 year of purchase, subject to assessment.

Because many of our designs use unique stones and materials, each repair request is assessed individually. To request a repair, please email us at info@aurumbrothers.com.

To request a repair, please email info@aurumbrothers.com and include:

  • a photo of the item and the materials that are left

  • your original order number ( we can assist you with this if forgotten)

If you no longer have your order number, please still contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that complimentary repairs do not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or avoidable strain, such as sleeping, showering, or similar activities.

Once we have your package. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to register and assess your item for repair. We will notify you by email regarding the expected timeframe once your package has been received.


After 1 Year

After 1 year, we continue to offer our repair services. This includes ($15 USD per bracelet ) and a UPS return label to send the order back to you ($25 USD).

Please note that repairs involving water exposure, missing stones/metals, or damaged metal/stone components may result in additional charges, depending on the condition of the item, the gemstones used, and the materials required.

Shipping the item back to us is not included. You may purchase a UPS return label from us for $25, or arrange shipping yourself using your own carrier.

If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, that is  possible. However, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot process your repair if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned. Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
