• If you don't love your bracelet, we offer easy returns on all products with tags intact within 30 days of ordering.
  
  
• For resizing request, shipping fees may apply. To ensure the perfect fit, please check out our size guide before placing your order.

Order Fulfillment

• Custom bracelets are handcrafted within 1-2 days of receiving your wrist size and valid address.
• We ship via FedEx International Priority for delivery within 1-5 days.
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
